The Research Office at Curtin (ROC) provides support to all researchers at Curtin.
The Research Relationships team supports Curtin’s research strategy by providing a central point of contact within Research Office at Curtin (ROC) to foster relationships, coordinate problem solving and manage stakeholder expectations and requirements relating to research activity at Curtin University.
The Contracts and Commercial team supports researchers with full end-to-end contract and commercial advice and management for research initiatives at Curtin. This includes development of suitable contractual constructs, advice on risk profiling and management, co-ordination of final execution processes, and management of contract register and records.
The Project Initiation team assist researchers with the planning and implementation parts of their research projects. This includes securing funding, budgeting, staffing, and defining the scope of work.
The Project Fulfilment team supports researchers with administering their research projects after they are successful, to the final delivery of reportable outcomes and project acquittal. The Project Fulfilment team is responsible for institutional reporting back to the funding agencies.
The Grant Success Panels provide support to Curtin researchers to develop more successful Category 1 grant proposals.
